Hallertauer Hopfenveredelungsgesellschaft mbH is a medium-sized company belonging to the renowned HOPSTEINER group of companies. At our site in Au, in the heart of the Hallertau region, we produce high-quality hop pellets for the brewing industry worldwide. Our work stands for quality, consistency, and technical development in a traditional, internationally active environment.

To strengthen our team at the hop pellet plant in Au/Hallertau in the long term, we are currently looking for a motivated full-time plant operator (m/f/d)
with manual skills and a willingness to work shifts.

Your responsibilities
•    Operation, control, and monitoring of hop pelletizing systems in 3-shift operation
•    Performing simple maintenance and cleaning tasks on production equipment
•    Monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
•    Documenting production data in accordance with internal guidelines
•    Working closely with colleagues from the engineering, quality, and warehouse departments

Your profile

•   Completed training in a technical or manual field is an advantage – e.g. as a machine and plant operator, food technology specialist, production worker, or similar.
•  Technical understanding and manual dexterity
•   Willingness to work in shifts (early/late/night shifts)
•   Reliable, team-oriented, and conscientious approach to work
•   Initial experience in operating production equipment is an advantage, but not essential
