Internal Sales Representative (m/f/d)

For our main location in Mainburg, we are looking for a full-time internal sales representative
as soon as possible
Overview
The internal sales representative is responsible for customer care, order processing, and close cooperation with the field sales team. The aim is to support sales success and ensure customer satisfaction through competent advice, efficient order processing, and proactive communication.
Your responsibilities will include
- receiving and processing customer inquiries (by telephone, in writing, digitally
- supporting sales staff in preparing quotations, calculating prices, and following up
- accepting, recording, and processing orders in the BC Navision ERP system
- supporting the field sales team with customer service and scheduling
- maintaining customer and product data in the CRM and ERP system
- creating sales statistics and reports
- coordinating delivery dates in collaboration with logistics and purchasing
Requirements
Technical:
- completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade management clerk) or comparable qualification
- experience in internal sales or a similar position
- confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
- good commercial understanding and negotiating skills
Personal:
- customer-oriented, friendly, and engaging communication
- structured and careful way of working
- ability to work in a team and under pressure
- independent and solution-oriented approach
- very good German skills
- very good English skills. Another foreign language would be an advantage
